Lead by Triumph’s highly knowledgeable Brand Ambassadors, the Triumph Factory Tour is your chance to step into the heart of the Hinckley factory and experience behind-the-scenes the design, dedication and detail that goes into every Triumph motorcycle.
Join a public Factory Tour or book the private Full Works package: an all-inclusive experience for up to four people. Our Factory Tours are conducted using headsets to ensure that you can hear clearly throughout your experience.
FACTORY TOURS
Our Factory Tour takes in Triumph’s Crank shaft machining line, state-of-the-art Paint Shop. Motorcycle Dispatch, Assembly line including Rolling Road, Moto2™ and Engine development, 3D modelling, Coordinate Measuring Machine Room (CMM) and more.
Tours run Wednesday to Sunday for a duration of 90-minute. Advance booking is required to avoid disappointment. Please select the month you would like to visit from the options below.

The Triumph Factory Visitor Experience is ideal for club outings, corporate events and educational visits, with free onsite parking for cars, motorcycles and coaches.
HELPFUL INFORMATION
THINGS TO KNOW WHEN BOOKING
The Triumph factory is a busy working manufacturing facility with many parts of the factory running at different times. This means that your experience will vary, and outside of peak production periods, Friday afternoons and weekends, it will feel much quieter.
Please note that tour tickets are non-refundable once purchased but may be transferable with a minimum of 24 hours' notice.
TOUR SUITABILITY
As a manufacturing facility with a real working environment, our factory tours are unsuitable for children under the age of 4 years old. It is our policy that under 18’s must be accompanied by a responsible full-paying adult at all times.
The 90-minute tour is indoors and involves a lot of walking, with no areas of respite due to it being a working factory, so please ensure that you are prepared for this and wear appropriate footwear.
We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone whose behaviour may affect the safety and enjoyment of our guests and staff.
ACCESSIBILITY
Our Exhibit, Café, Gift Shop and Factory Tour are all fully accessible to wheelchair users. If you have any specific access requirements, please inform us in advance by calling 01455 453088 or by email [email protected] and we will do our upmost to accommodate your needs.
If you use a hearing aid, please note that a single ear radio headset is used on the tour.
